Vaughn D. Gendron

Vaughn D. Gendron is an associate in the firm's Business Law Department.

Vaughn’s experience includes representing businesses in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, corporate governance, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Vaughn worked as a Corporate Associate at a full-service Massachusetts law firm.

During law school, he served as a legal intern with Universal Music Group, where he handled corporate matters within the music and entertainment industry, including drafting and reviewing licensing agreements and recording contracts. Before pursuing a legal career, Vaughn gained additional experience in the sports industry through business operations and marketing internships with the Boston Celtics and The Madison Square Garden Company.

Vaughn earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and authored a published comment examining the legal ramifications of generative AI on the music industry.

He earned his B.S. in Marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
