Zachary D. Drench

Zachary D. Drench is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department.

Zack represents commercial real estate development and operating companies on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development matters. He has experience negotiating retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants. Additionally, Zack’s practice involves advising clients on land use and environmental compliance and liability issues.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Zack was a senior attorney at a law firm in Wakefield, MA. He also previously served as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Combined Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate owner, landlord and developer in Malden, MA, where he was responsible for all legal matters of real estate development, leasing, and management company.
