Partner Christopher R. Blazejewski Presents at the ABA Fall 2025 National Legal Malpractice Conference

Partner Christopher R. Blazejewski presented at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Fall 2025 National Legal Malpractice Conference on September 11. His panel, “Don’t Judge Me: Asserting Judgmental Immunity and Similar Defenses,” covered the current state of professional liability law and strategies for assessing, developing, and deploying a defense of judgmental immunity or its corollary.

Chris, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, represents businesses, law firms, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, legal malpractice defense, and business disputes. He defends national and regional law firms listed on the AmLaw 100 and NLJ 500 against legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and other professional liability claims. He assists law firms and attorneys in client disputes, risk management, and professional ethics, and also represents attorneys in disciplinary proceedings and accounting firms in client disputes. Additionally, Chris litigates contract, real estate, and intra-corporate disputes in a wide range of industries.
