The Sherin and Lodgen Employment Department, in collaboration with Essex Partners, hosted a webinar titled, “Employment Hot Topics in the time of COVID-19,” on July 22, 2020.

During the webinar, Employment Department chair, Brian J. MacDonough, and partners David I. Brody and Nancy S. Shilepsky discussed the impacts and legal repercussions they’ve seen in their industry as a result of COVID-19, such as what to consider when making a move or professional transition during COVID-19, the CARES Act and your compensation, and executive rights when being laid off due to COVID-19.
