David I. Brody selected to serve on the Advisory Committee for the BBA’s Employment Law Conference

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce that the Boston Bar Association (BBA) selected attorney David I. Brody to serve on the Advisory Committee for the BBA’s annual Employment Law Conference, which will be held virtually on Thursday, November 18, 2021. David is assisting in bringing together a conference that will cover pressing employment law issues, including COVID vaccine mandates and accommodations; addressing DEI issues and creating an inclusive workplace; understanding the various leave policies available to employees; strategies for managing a remote workforce; and more.

As partner in the firm’s Employment and Litigation departments, David represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and contract negotiation and enforcement. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and in Public Hearings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Civil Service Commission. Since 2018, David has been a significant member of the BBA’s Labor and Employment Steering Committee, currently serving as Co-Chair.
