David A. Michel published in MBA’s ComCom Quarterly
David A. Michel, associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, was published in the July 2019 edition of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Complex Commercial Litigation Section newsletter, the ComCom Quarterly. His article, “Further, the Privilege Belongs to the Client,” explores a recent case in which the Superior Court Business Litigation Section considered whether a plaintiff’s accidental production of privileged materials was an inadvertent disclosure subject to the parties’ clawback agreement or a waiver of privilege.
