Joshua M. Bowman and Julia C. Royce published in New England Real Estate Journal on the Corporate Transparency Act and state analogues

Joshua M. Bowman, chair of the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group and member of its Business Law and Real Estate Departments, and Julia C. Royce, associate in the firm’s Business Law Department, were published in the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) on June 21, 2024. Their article, “The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and state analogues,” summarizes the basics of the federal Corporate Transparency Act, the New York LLC Transparency Act, and state transparency laws that have been proposed for passage in California and Massachusetts.
