Joshua M. Bowman, chair of the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group, was published in the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) on September 22, 2023. His article, “Massachusetts shelter hotels,” details the history of state funded shelters in Massachusetts, the volatile history and numerous threats to the hotel shelter business, and what this means for Massachusetts hotel owners sheltering families.
