Partner Beth A. Goldstein was named a 2025 “Go To Lawyer: Commercial Real Estate” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Beth was selected among top commercial real estate practitioners across the Commonwealth who demonstrate expertise in case law, statutes and regulations, and hold a record of success in cases and transactions. Beth and fellow honorees are featured in the publication’s December 29 issue.
Beth, Chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, is a seasoned real estate and renewable energy attorney with experience representing buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in both traditional commercial real estate transactions and those involving the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of renewable energy projects. Many of her clients are engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.
