Sherin and Lodgen represents Lixi Group in $54 Million purchase of Aloft and Element Lexington in Greater Boston

Boston, MA, March 28, 2016 – Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP represented Lixi Group in its $54 million purchase of the 136-room Aloft Lexington and the 123-room Element Lexington, two hotels situated in the northwest Boston suburb of Lexington, Massachusetts. Acquisition financing was provided by Wells Fargo Bank.
