Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Litigation Department

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel S. Guenther as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in complex business, employment, professional liability, and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Donald L. Cabell of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He was also an associate at another Boston law firm, and a legal intern for former Chief Justice Ralph Gants of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and for the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston.

Daniel is the newest member of the firm’s lauded Litigation Department – recognized by “U.S. News and World Report Best Law Firms/Best Lawyers” in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance litigation, ethics and professional liability law, legal malpractice (defendants) law, and labor and employment litigation.

Daniel is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
