REBA is a non-profit organization that aims to advance the practice of real estate law by creating and sponsoring professional standards, actively participating in the legislative process, creating educational programs and materials, and demonstrating and promoting fair dealing and good fellowship among members of the real estate bar. REBA’s Practice Area Sections work to further the practice of real estate law in that particular field and help determine the direction and ultimate mission of the Association.  Each Section, which is co-chaired by experts in that related subject, holds regular webcast programs with guest speakers. These presentations are recorded and posted to the video section of REBA’s web site, www.reba.net.
