Sherin and Lodgen partner Jennifer Ioli Connelly appointed Vice-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce that partner Jennifer Ioli Connelly was appointed Vice-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative, effective November 2023. Jen succeeds Beth A. Goldstein, former Vice-Chair.

Sherin and Lodgen’s Women’s Initiative is committed to the advancement and success of the firm’s women attorneys and professionals. The mission of the initiative is to provide an internal network of support that fosters growth and achievement, while connecting and learning with outside organizations that directly support women and women’s causes. As Vice-Chair, Jen will help advance these efforts in partnership with Chair Nancy S. Shilepsky. Together, they will develop in-house mentorship and leadership programs focused on personal branding, time and career management, mindfulness, and more.

“I am honored to have helped mentor Jen earlier in her career and have had the pleasure to watch her succeed as a lawyer and a leader,” said Nancy. “Jen is a role model for our newer attorneys, and we are excited that she will serve as Vice-Chair.”

Jen is a commercial real estate attorney with experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, she represents retailers, developers, and institutions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. A partner in the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, Jen advises institutional investors, industrial companies, and other types of commercial property owners on solar leasing matters for rooftop, ground mounted, and canopy facilities. Outside the firm, Jen is a member of Girls on the Run Greater Boston‘s Board of Directors.
