“Our annual Champions for Change Gala is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our most dedicated supporters, as well as the impact they have on survivors and the broader culture,” said BARCC Executive Director Gina Scaramella. “We’re extremely grateful for the generous support of sponsors, and supporters like Bob and Sherin and Lodgen. Their efforts make our work with survivors of sexual violence possible.”

Carney said, “I am privileged and flattered to accept this award in honor of the many survivors BARCC has supported throughout the years.  In our years of working with BARCC, my colleagues at S&L and I have been consistently inspired by the courage and strength of these survivors and the work being done by BARCC. I look forward to continuing my work with BARCC to advance their mission.”
