Three Sherin and Lodgen attorneys attend NAIOP Massachusetts Space Spotlight of Winthrop Center

Carla M. Moynihan, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Robert M. Carney, and Jennifer Ioli Connelly, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department, attended a recent NAIOP Massachusetts event, “Space Spotlight: Winthrop Center, a Building for the Future,” on March 5, 2024.

During the event, Carla, Bob, and Jen heard from the team that developed and designed the project, which includes The Offices at Winthrop Center, the largest Passive House office building in the world. Following the panel discussion, attendees toured The Millennium Residences at Winthrop Center, featuring 26,000 sq. ft. of live/work amenity space, including two fitness clubs, a competition-length indoor swimming pool, sweeping outdoor terraces, and The Collective, a 25,000 sq. ft. office amenity space.
