Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Sherin and Lodgen LLP, a mid-sized Boston law firm, is seeking a senior attorney with 10+ years of commercial real estate experience to join its nationally ranked Real Estate Department.
The open role is heavily focused on representing commercial landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing, including a retail tenant engaged in an aggressive nationwide expansion. Experience in other areas of commercial real estate such as acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financing is also desirable. Candidates must have excellent drafting and time management skills, along with significant positive experience working at a large national firm, high-end real estate boutique, or reputable commercial real estate company. A willingness to supervise and mentor associates is a plus.
Location: Boston, MA; 3-4 days per week in-office, 1-2 days remote
Compensation: $175,000-$250,000, depending on years of experience
