Beth A. Goldstein named to the New England Real Estate Journal’s 2020 Women in Real Estate Spotlight

Beth A. Goldstein, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and chair of its Renewable Energy Practice Group, was named to the New England Real Estate Journal’s (NEREJ) 2020 Women in Real Estate Spotlight, published on September 25, 2020. The Q&A spotlights highlight women who’ve shined over the past year and provide NEREJ’s readers with key insights on their personal and professional achievements, as well as what motivates them to excel in the commercial real estate industry.

Beth is a seasoned real estate attorney with experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in the sale, acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the country. Her clients are engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects.
