Sherin and Lodgen represented Breed’s Hill Capital, a Boston-based investment firm, in the acquisition and financing of membership interests in Unicorn Park in Woburn, MA. The acquisition was a joint venture with National Development. Financing, totaling $75.3 million, was provided by a group of lenders led by Berkshire Bank. Membership interests were acquired from Angelo, Gordon & Co.
Located north of Boston at 300-600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA, Unicorn Park is an approximately 515,000 sq ft suburban office park on 21 acres of land, includes four buildings, and is home to 45 tenants.
