Sherin and Lodgen represents Brookline Bank in $40.8 million loan financing
Sherin and Lodgen represented Brookline Bank in a $40.8 million financing for the acquisition of four industrial flex buildings located in Southern New Hampshire, housing 22 tenants. The borrower is Albany Road Real Estate Partners.
The Sherin and Lodgen team was led by Gary M. Markoff, partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate departments, and included Matthew S. Cote, associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Colleen V. Collins, of counsel, Carol Brooks, real estate paralegal, and Karen Fink, corporate paralegal.
