Tax Attorney
Sherin and Lodgen is seeking an experienced Tax and Business Planning Attorney to advise our clients in the corporate, real estate, employment, and non-profit area, as well as our numerous other clients.
Experience with tax planning for corporate and real estate transactions required. This includes joint ventures, LLC and partnership taxation, private placements, merger, and sale transactions. Candidates interested in part-time work will be considered.
