Sherin and Lodgen represents the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. in acquisition of 17-site solar portfolio

Sherin and Lodgen’s Renewable Energy Group represented the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. as local counsel in the acquisition of a portfolio of 17 operating solar sites, totaling 23.5 MW, across Massachusetts. Sherin’s role included coordination and review of all due diligence, including title, survey, tax agreements, leasing and real estate evaluation, and state solar incentives. The solar facilities were developed by Clean Energy Collective, of Boulder, Colorado, and are part of the Massachusetts SREC-II program. Stoel Rives LLP served as lead counsel in the acquisition.
